Jeffrey and Zina Paul have worked together as a team ever since their marriage more than 21 years ago. Calling upon their extensive backgrounds in the field of international beauty and design, they have created Restoring Beautiful Hair,™ a program specifically developed for any woman, man, or child needing additional hair. The sensitivity and skill they bring to each client's personal situation are a daily reflection of their mission to provide high quality services in a nurturing environment for their ever-growing clientele.
